By accessing or using NUNIRU, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use NUNIRU.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SORELLAVERSE.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NUNIRU. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

NUNIRU is available worldwide, but we make no representation that it is appropriate or available in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with local laws where you access the app.

When you create a NUNIRU account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately through the feedback form if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or bans.

Free plan: The NUNIRU free tier is free forever and requires no credit card. Features of the free plan may change over time; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

NUNIRU+ subscription: NUNIRU+ is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your NUNIRU+ subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change NUNIRU+ pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
• If your payment fails, we may suspend your NUNIRU+ access until payment is resolved.

Beta users who join before NUNIRU+ billing goes live may be offered a locked-in rate. We will communicate the terms of any such offer separately and in writing.

You agree not to use NUNIRU to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post or transmit content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of NUNIRU or its backend systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from NUNIRU in bulk without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to interact with NUNIRU in ways that place unreasonable load on our systems.
• Impersonate any person, user, or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent account limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

By making any content public on NUNIRU, you grant SORELLAVERSE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display that content as part of operating the service (e.g. showing ship rankings, community stats).

You retain ownership of any content you submit. We will not sell your personal content to third parties.

You are responsible for the content you make public. Do not post personal information about others without their consent. We may remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

What SORELLAVERSE owns: NUNIRU — including its name, logo, design, source code, interface, original written content, tracking systems, list features, profile tools, ship ranking mechanics, yearly recap format, mascot concept framework, and all other original features built by SORELLAVERSE — is the exclusive intellectual property of SORELLAVERSE, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of NUNIRU without our prior written permission.

What SORELLAVERSE does not own: NUNIRU references third-party media, artists, companies, and cultural content solely for fan tracking and organizational purposes. SORELLAVERSE claims no ownership over, and has no affiliation with, any of the following:

• Series titles, episode names, storylines, or any creative works produced by studios, production companies, or streaming platforms.
• The names, likenesses, images, personas, or identities of any actor, performer, public figure, or entertainer referenced in the app.
• Ship names or pairings, which are fan-originated terms used descriptively and not claimed as original works of SORELLAVERSE.
• Mascot names and identities belonging to the artists or ships they are associated with — these mascots were created by and belong entirely to the respective ship and its members, not to fan communities. NUNIRU uses these names and references descriptively as part of its tracking database, and refers to them internally as "babies" as a term of affection used within the app.
• Studio names, network names, brand names, streaming platform names, or any corporate trademarks referenced within the app.
• Any artwork, photography, promotional material, or media associated with third-party rights holders.

All third-party names, titles, and references used in NUNIRU belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement of, sponsorship by, or official relationship with NUNIRU or SORELLAVERSE.

NUNIRU is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that NUNIRU will be uninterrupted or error-free, that episode schedules will always be accurate, or that notifications will always be delivered on time.

NUNIRU is an independent fan-built application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any studio, production company, talent agency, streaming platform, network, or artist referenced within the app. All such references are made for fan tracking and entertainment purposes only.

What your NUNIRU+ subscription pays for: The NUNIRU+ subscription fee is charged exclusively for access to original features and tools designed and built by SORELLAVERSE — including but not limited to unlimited favorites, expanded list features, full profile customization, monthly and yearly recap tools, priority notification delivery, and other app functionality created by us. Your subscription fee does not constitute payment for, licensing of, or any commercial relationship with any third-party artist, studio, character, series, mascot, or media property referenced within the app. You are not paying for content you do not own; you are paying for software tools we built.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SORELLAVERSE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use NUNIRU.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid NUNIRU+ subscription on a pro-rated basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of NUNIRU shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it in a jurisdiction mutually agreed upon at that time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of NUNIRU after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

NUNIRU is an independent, fan-made web application created and operated by SORELLAVERSE. It was built out of love for the BL and GL genre and is intended solely as a personal tracking and community tool for fans.

NUNIRU is not an official product, service, or publication of any studio, talent agency, streaming platform, broadcaster, production company, or artist management group. It has no official affiliation with, sponsorship from, or authorization by any third party whose content is referenced within the app.

SORELLAVERSE does not own, claim, or hold any rights over any of the following content referenced within NUNIRU:

• Series and titles — All drama, anime, film, and series titles referenced in NUNIRU are the intellectual property of their respective creators, studios, and rights holders. NUNIRU uses these titles for identification and tracking purposes only.
• Episode information — Episode counts, airdates, and scheduling information referenced in NUNIRU are factual data used for organizational and notification purposes. SORELLAVERSE does not claim any proprietary interest in this information.
• Character names — Character names and fictional personas referenced in NUNIRU are the intellectual property of the authors, studios, and production companies that created them.
• Promotional materials and imagery — NUNIRU does not host, reproduce, or distribute any official promotional photography, artwork, video, or other copyrighted media belonging to third-party rights holders.

NUNIRU references the names of actors, performers, and public figures who are active in the BL and GL entertainment industry. These references are made in a factual, descriptive capacity for the purpose of fan tracking and community engagement.

SORELLAVERSE does not own the name, likeness, image, persona, or identity of any artist or public figure. No artist or public figure named within NUNIRU has endorsed, approved, or authorized the app or its content.

NUNIRU does not host personal information about artists beyond what is publicly known and relevant to their professional work in the genre. If any artist, their management, or authorized representative has a concern about how they are referenced in the app, we encourage them to contact us directly and we will respond promptly.

Studio names, production company names, network names, streaming platform names, and other corporate identifiers referenced in NUNIRU are the trademarks and intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance in NUNIRU is purely descriptive — used to identify the origin of the media being tracked — and does not imply any business relationship, partnership, licensing arrangement, or endorsement between those entities and SORELLAVERSE.

Companies referenced in NUNIRU include streaming platforms, television networks, and production studios based primarily in Thailand, South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan, and the Philippines. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.

Ship names — The pairing names ("ships") used in NUNIRU (e.g. "OffGun," "EarthMix," "FreenBecky") are fan-originated terms that have become widely used within fan communities to refer to real-person or fictional pairings. SORELLAVERSE did not originate these terms and does not claim ownership over them. They are used descriptively within the app as community identifiers.

Mascot names — Many ships within the BL and GL community have associated mascots. These mascots were not created by fan communities — they were created by and belong entirely to the ship and its members (the artists themselves). All rights to these mascots, including their names, likenesses, and identities, are owned by the respective ship and the artists associated with them. SORELLAVERSE claims no ownership of any mascot name or identity whatsoever. NUNIRU includes these mascots in its tracking database purely as a fan support feature, and refers to them affectionately as "babies" within the app — a term of endearment used by the NUNIRU community, not a claim of any kind. If an artist or their team would like a mascot removed or attributed differently, please contact us and we will act promptly.

Fan-generated terminology — All other fan-generated language, nicknames, or community conventions referenced in NUNIRU are used descriptively and are the cultural property of the fan communities that created them.

NUNIRU offers a paid subscription tier called NUNIRU+. It is important to be completely transparent about what this subscription does and does not represent.

Specifically, NUNIRU+ provides access to original app features including:

• Unlimited favorites across all categories (ships, actors, actresses, babies) — a software feature built by SORELLAVERSE.
• Expanded list tools — all 8 fave lists plus unlimited custom lists — original functionality designed and developed by SORELLAVERSE.
• Full profile customization including color themes, pinned content, custom text, and all profile tabs — original interface design by SORELLAVERSE.
• Monthly and yearly recap tools — an original data visualization and summary feature built by SORELLAVERSE.
• Priority and expanded notification types (series premieres, fan calendar alerts, streaks, NUNIRU events & announcements) — original notification infrastructure built and operated by SORELLAVERSE.
• The NUNIRU+ profile badge — an original cosmetic feature created by SORELLAVERSE.

None of the above features involve the sale, licensing, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any third-party content, artist identity, studio property, or media rights. SORELLAVERSE receives no revenue from, and has no commercial arrangement with, any third party in connection with NUNIRU+ subscriptions.

The inclusion of any artist, series, studio, mascot, ship, or other third-party reference within NUNIRU does not imply that the referenced party endorses, approves of, or has any knowledge of NUNIRU or SORELLAVERSE.

NUNIRU does not represent, claim, or suggest any official relationship with any individual or organization referenced in the app. Any perceived association is incidental to the fan-tracking nature of the service.

NUNIRU's use of third-party names, titles, and references is made in good faith under principles of fair use and fan commentary. The app is:

• Non-commercial in its references — NUNIRU does not reproduce, sell, or distribute any copyrighted media. It references titles and names as factual identifiers only.
• Transformative in nature — NUNIRU adds original organizational, social, and tracking value to publicly known information about media properties and artists.
• Fan-oriented and community-focused — The app serves an engaged fan audience and is designed to enrich, not exploit, their relationship with the genre and its creators.
• Not a substitute for official products — NUNIRU does not replace, compete with, or replicate any official app, service, or product offered by any studio, artist, or platform referenced in the app.

SORELLAVERSE is committed to operating responsibly within the fan community and respecting the rights of all creators and rights holders whose work inspires this app.

NUNIRU is built and operated by a real human. There is no AI running this app, making decisions on behalf of SORELLAVERSE, or accessing any user data. Specifically:

• NUNIRU is owned and operated by the team at SORELLAVERSE.
• No AI system has access to your personal information, account data, or activity within the app.
• AI development tools may be used in the software creation process — but these tools do not interact with user data or operate any part of the live application.
• Any future team members or contractors involved in operating NUNIRU will also be human. This disclaimer will be updated if that changes in a way that materially affects your data.

We understand this is something users want to know. NUNIRU is a fan-made app run by a person who loves this genre — no bots, no AI operators, no automated decision-making about your experience.

If you are a rights holder, artist, management representative, or authorized party and believe that any content within NUNIRU infringes upon your rights or should be removed or corrected, please contact us. We take all such requests seriously and will respond promptly.
